Review on O'Bright by Alan Estell

I recently bought something from the O'Bright online shop, and I have to admit that I was incredibly dissatisfied with the whole thing. The delivery was delayed, and I received no updates or a reason for it. Second, the product I got was of poor quality and did not match the description on the website. I attempted to contact the customer support staff, but they weren't useful or responsive. Overall, working with O'Bright was a difficult and disappointing experience. I won't use them for future purchases.
