Gorilla sleeve if your size fits your chest and stomach.
I took the size according to the recommendations to fit the size of the chest and waist and it seemed to fit, but then the sleeves hung down to the fingertips! It was terrible. (I'm 5ft 4cm, I'm about 153cm tall, I took XL judging by the reviews). I guess I should have tried the Large but I think it would be too tight at the bust and waist considering how the rest of XL fits.
