Failed after 2 hours, support said to order another
It worked for about 2 hours then shut down and wouldn't start again. All connections were checked inside and out as suggested in their troubleshooting document, but that gave no indication that we were going through the power supply. Customer service said to buy a new power cord from Revain and they would refund me (?!), then offered to return it and buy another. Returned, never bought another.
