The dress is good quality. It has an under piece that is not sheer that the lace lays over, so no modesty issues there. I bought a large, and it fit well through most of the dress but the top of the dress had a lot of extra room. I wear a 32C and there was quite a lot of extra room at the top (almost too much). So, be aware you might want to go down a size if you have a smaller chest. The dress is fairly stretchy, so there is a bit of leeway with going down a size I think. Overall, very nice dress that gives a stylish and classy look.
