Horrible Experience with Hair Tool

When I tried this product, it was an absolute disaster. The paddle is bulky and doesn't glide through my hair smoothly, causing knots and breakage. I also found that it didn't straighten or detangle my hair as advertised. The only positive is that it did blow dry my hair effectively. Overall, I would not recommend this hair tool to anyone.
