I just opened the box, followed all the instructions and tried to calibrate my meter. As I said, I left it in distilled water for an hour and then calibrated it in buffers 1 cup + sachet as indicated in the instructions. That does not work. The number just jumps from 14 to 0.0si, finally got 6.86 to say no error and then washed with distilled water and tried to enter 4 but it just tried to read the number 6.86 again and gave an error. The other one didn't even try, not sure if I want to waste my time.
