harness gets 4 stars, very nice and soft harness, company size and right of return get 3. the size is a little hard to determine as i ordered it for a puppy weighing 10 on average pounds so like I said it's for 10-11 pound dogs but it was too big for them. Since we have other dogs that could suit him, we let him. However, we ordered another one in a small size hoping it would fit the pup as the medium size was too big and the small size was too small. They wanted to charge $6 to ship it back so we decided to keep the second one as it hasn't been made since to only get half our money back. We will likely donate it to a dog rescue or animal shelter. The company should have better size charts or a more user-friendly return policy. I will not be ordering from this company again due to the return policy.
