Review on iDOO Electric Spin Scrubber: Cordless Shower & Tile Floor Cleaning Brush with Replacement Heads, Extension Handle, Ideal for Bathroom & Kitchen Grout by Alicia Lopez

Revainrating 4 out of 5

WELL MADE - STRONG - POWERFUL BRUSH ROTATOR - OPTIONAL SHORT/MEDIUM/LONG HANDLE

This is a well designed rechargeable rotary scrubber with 5 brushes: large flat, smaller flat, 2 angled brushes and 1 rounded brush. The handle consists of 3 components that can be easily connected to each other: brush head, extension, main handle with battery. The brushes are pressed into the motor head with 2 guide slots and female/female contact - there were no problems with the heads loosening during use. The brushes can be easily pushed in and out with little effort. The extension pole has a latch that lets you lengthen or shorten it - no extension pole is required for the job - you can snap the main handle right into the brush motor head. The charging port has a flexible cover that snaps open to prevent water contact. The red LED indicates charging and turns green when fully charged. The brush head has 3 angles: straight, 45 degrees and 90 degrees with an easy lock. Reason for 4 star rating: The picture on the product advertising page is correct on the brushes supplied, but the description is wrong: not 2 small flat brushes (only 1) but 2 angled brushes. And the website promoting the product has some photos of people using the rotary scrubber with one hand. One image shows a woman holding a baby and using a rotating mop with one hand. In fact, this scrubber has a very powerful spin that REQUIRES BOTH HANDS TO USE IT SAFELY. Scrubbing pads tend to "walk" on the surface. The Good: On the plus side, the power of this mop is impressive, and what's particularly impressive is that the brushes spin quickly but spray little to no water. This is especially important since you're probably going to be using some kind of cleaning product - soap - whatever. The large flat brush combined with the scrubbing bubbles did a very good job of removing old soap scum from the glass shower door and shower walls. Large round brushes and brushes with pointed corners make it easier to work on all curved surfaces and corners in bathtubs, showers, toilets and sinks.
