Bag is good, but the shoulder strap is very uncomfortable and narrow, in addition, the skin creases very quickly and requires a lot of care on the go. However, the biggest problem for me is that this briefcase looks a lot bigger in the photos, but it's really tiny. The versatile pockets aren't very practical either, and the pen holders are in a shaded area. It's not rigid enough to hold its shape. So if an uneven object like a charger gets in, it sticks out and makes it difficult to close. I know it's a briefcase, but it would be much nicer if it was a bit bigger and had more space, lined with canvas.
