The Chaoren braided leather belt is a decent belt for $30.It is quite thick, which gives it a hefty feel, and it doesn't appear that repeated use will cause a strand to break like you sometimes get with cheaper leather belts. This also makes it slightly less flexible, no so much that you'll have any issues wearing it but it will resist being rolled up. This may change as I break it in a bit but I've only been wearing it for a week so far.The belt comes wrapped in an easily-removable plastic wrap and in a small box suitable for gifting.The belt does have a very strong burnt-plastic odor out of the box. This does fade over time but for the first few days it's quite unpleasant, so I would recommend airing it out for a bit before wearing it, and not storing it close to where you sleep like I did the first night as it was strong enough to wake me up.
