They don't mention it but it looks like a good stainless steel. I'll keep an eye on rust. Make sure you have everything in before you close it first, there's no room for whoops, they hold it well. Not the easiest thing to cut off the free end. I had to use a small file to round the sharp blade. I would buy it again.
