It's a cheap off-the-shelf fake from a third party. Nothing to expect from quality
This is a cheap third party shelf. Don't expect much in terms of quality. Damaged and open box, cracked shelves, loose screws and paint/coating that cannot be easily rubbed off with anything. It is finished. I needed cheap, handsome spice racks. I got them as freebies with the added bonus of a weird chemical coating and shards of wood. Let's see if they stay in the wall!
