Review on Hand blender Bamix M200 Superbox, silver by Anastazja Simiska ᠌

The best price for such a product, I will buy more!

I almost never write reviews, it's my fault - I'm lazy. But Bamix is worth it to say a few words and perhaps help someone orient themselves - I myself have been thinking about this purchase for a long time. The considerations were approximately the following: I had a Bosch hand mixer / blender, a replica of the previous model that had served me for 7 years (at industrial speed, with weddings, tables for 100 people, etc.). Bamix promised that he could do everything - 1) grind everything and everywhere, 2) whip (it was the hardest thing to believe - I re-read a bunch of our and foreign forums, watched a bunch of videos, and still wasn’t sure), 3) something like - something to rub, slice, etc. The conclusion may seem a little unexpected, but nevertheless: this is the case when for 20k you can get an absolutely professional, top-end thing - like a cooking chef in the corresponding category. In some incomprehensible way, Bamix not only perfectly grinds everything in any position, but also replaces the mixer in 99% of cases (of course, not stationary). Whether you need it depends on what you do in the kitchen - I deal exclusively with confectionery history (biscuit, creams, chocolate and everything else). It is well made and assembled, it's just a pleasure to hold it in your hands, and this is perhaps the first case in my memory when the instructions say "do this" and "do that" and not vice versa. The warranty does. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no protection from fools here, and there probably can’t be - you won’t damage the coating of the pan / stewpan, but you can lose your finger by gaping in a split second.

Pros
  • The best purchase of appliances (maybe not just kitchen appliances) in adult life. 1) how an immersion blender works flawlessly - grinds very cool, in any dish, at any stage of cooking (without the threat of harming the dish - with any coating). 2) whipping - this was the biggest question for me, I doubted until the last - as I have not seen in my life that a mixer beats. With his ridiculous-looking nozzle, he whips proteins, yolks, cream into clouds - whips 2.5% milk into cream (into cream ! - in consistency like meringue) (of course, provided that the products are at the right temperature). 3) the main part (the immersion blender itself and the mini attachments) is very well thought out, and it's hard for me to remember the last time I held something of this quality in my hands (materials and assembly). 4) chopper (the smallest "drum") has shown itself perfectly so far, but I use it less.
Cons
  • The part that should rub and slice works without a "wow effect" - something rubs, something slices, but not everything (hard and medium hard cheese, for example, does not take very well), and the size of this part does not imply large volumes (basins of salads or a huge slice of cheese). But it didn't really matter to me at first.
