My requirements include a robust solution with high availability, the ability to easily manage configuration and changes, and the ability to remotely monitor performance and faults. GMS has provided these services over a long period of time without fail. When they weren't available, they worked closely with the vendor to get it right. In addition to the technical support they have offered guidance to help make sure that I am making informed decisions about my system architecture. For example, I was trying to decide between two switches, one having better throughput and another offering greater fault tolerance. They advised me on how to configure them properly and ensured that I had adequate redundancy. This is the kind of service you expect from a partner.
