Review on πŸ–οΈ HAVLULAND (Set of 6) - Premium Turkish Cotton Beach Towels: Soft, Absorbent, and Quick-Drying Oversized Bath Towels - Sand-Free Blanket by Morgan Freeman

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I think I'll like these.

UPDATE: After taking the towels out of the dryer (cold, low/medium/short dry) they were softer, didn't shrink much and all six of them curled smaller than just one of my other towels. My husband and I used it all weekend. It sounds strange but there is a learning curve to using them. This is NOT like wiping with a terry towel. They're lighter unless you're actively rubbing the area to dry it, they don't "stick" or absorb like terry towels. (if it makes sense). My husband has back problems and sometimes needs help drying his ridiculously hairy legs. These towels are AMAZING for that. They don't stick to leg hair or chafe like regular towels and dry out very quickly. If I ever decide to splurge on towels again, this is the route I will take. Firstly, I am happy with my purchase. They arrived exactly when they announced they would. I also read the reviews before purchasing and another buyer mentioned that they could contact the seller immediately after ordering and request a color choice. I took advantage of that and got the colors I liked best. In the first photo all 6 are stacked right out of the box, all together they are slightly larger than one of my regular towels. I unwrapped one and handed it to my husband, who was a big guy and to whom she could give as much, if not more, as a bath towel from a big store. So far, so good. The seller and most reviews said wash before use, now they tumble dry. They were a bit rough right out of the box, with some colors more than others (probably due to dye, like jeans). Who really wants to use a new towel without washing it first? All those random hands touching her. No thank you. Even ordinary towels are not as soft when bought as they are after washing. I unpacked them all to put in the washing machine and noticed one small spot that looked like a small hook that was sewn up but did a good job. It may bother some people, it doesn't bother me, it's not a hole. Will I buy again? This can still be seen after using them for a while. To be honest if I didn't have a gift card I couldn't bring myself to spend $42 on towels. I winced after spending $14 on one at a big store. They were definitely cheaper than the ones I saw at the kiosk in the mall, which is where Turkish towels first caught my interest. I'll try to remember to update and add a photo after washing. thank you for reading
