Review on 🚲 Duzy Customs Skyquest Kids Bike: 12, 14, 16 & 18 Inch Wheels in Various Colors with Handbrakes, Training Wheels, and Fold Out Pedals by David Olson

Missing part for brake.

A little disappointed. The bike is very attractive in the photo and in life. Fat tires give it a somewhat aggressive look. However, when assembled, the box did not include a bike stand and was missing a nut for the front brake. My daughter can brake with the pedal and rear brake (with her right hand) but feels cheated when the manufacturers don't have enough parts to build. I contacted Revain customer service and as always they were somewhat helpful. Either a full refund and refund or a $40 refund and keep the product. I went for the $40 option. Now I'm praying that local bike shops will find a solution to my problem. Looking at the reviews of this bike, it seems like a lot of people have encountered some kind of problem. Now I can be a part of this group. Too bad I didn't read the reviews before buying. I just find the missing parts unacceptable. It happens, but these days consumers like me expect better. 2 stars.
