Excellent support - braces, splints and supports
I used this tape after seeing how to apply it properly on YouTube. it is great. I was running my first half marathon and needed knee and hip support. It worked great! I put it on the night before to make sure I was comfortable with it and I'm glad I did as it took me a while to get the hang of it (I wouldn't have time the next morning had). I definitely recommend it and will buy it again.
