I like that it is easy to use, you can search for any individual or address quickly by entering basic information such as Name of person being searched/viewed in order list etc., It also has features where if an employee calls out sick they will be able notify everyone else who needs time off too! This makes managing my schedule so much easier when there are people calling into work with illness's during certain times (such medical emergencies).
Sometimes we need extra help due some employees not knowing how this software works but overall its been very helpful especially since our office uses Maggey at all levels from receptionists through supervisors right down until executive level!!
