I like that it is simple to set up and use, and does not require much more than what you would have expected from an application designed for this purpose. In terms of tracking we were able to see when people were talking about our product/brand across all social networks and websites. Some of the larger clients were seeing issues with the way Monitora was setting up their accounts (for example they had over 100 domains to manage) so some tweaking needs to be done here if one wants things working properly. This isn't a massive problem but worth mentioning if it's something you're looking into using. We found it useful for measuring how popular certain pieces of content were via Twitter, Facebook etc.
