Great product and awesome team behind making sure everything works

The support is great! We have never had an issue that they couldn't solve in short order or within 24 hours of receiving our ticket request. They are very responsive for issues we've encountered as well as feedback about new features/functionality being developed by them (like OAuth2). I wish it was always possible when sending emails via their service to include images if necessary - but this may be something specific only us? Maybe others can comment here too. As mentioned above though there aren't any complaints from me. Really happy customer who has used multiple other services over time including both premium offerings like Zendesk + Intercom etc., plus free options such as HelpScout / SendGrid which doesn't provide end user email address verification so you're at risk of spamming people without permission.

  • Great response times, friendly & professional staff with good product knowledge along woth quick turnaround between tickets submitted through portal vs phone call; lots more than just basic helpdesk functionality available out of box e.g SAML integration among many additional useful tools built into toolbox
