Review on Bluetooth Conduction Headphones Underwater Waterproof by Rebecca Carter

We bought these because they said they could be used while swimming. We first used them in the pool a few weeks ago and they were amazing underwater. The sound was loud and clear as stated by other reviews. But after the earbuds were out of the water for about 10 minutes, they started beeping non-stop and nothing we tried to stop them. The buttons still worked to turn the music on and off, but the beeping didn't stop. If we held down the large play/pause button, the beeping would stop, but as soon as we released the button, the beeping would start again. Apparently, most likely, water still got into the headphones through the buttons. Revain tech support tried to help sort this out and the only way to stop the beeping is to press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to force shut down. But when it was turned back on, the beep was still there. We contacted the seller through Revains as they are based in China and were very responsive which we appreciate. They're sending out a new headset, so a big thank you to them for that.
