I bought this because my internet can be really slow at times. The NET-DYN Top Dual Band USB Wireless Wi-Fi Adapter comes with a software installation CD and is beautifully packaged. The adapter was a little bigger than I expected, it's a little bigger than a regular flash drive. The size doesn't matter to me as I usually use my laptop at my desk. Immediately after purchasing the adapter, I received an email from the seller with instructions on how to set up the adapter and install the software. Installation was very easy and I was able to get started right away. After installing the adapter, I was able to easily run the wireless utility on my computer, found my network, entered my password, and was now able to access bands that I didn't have before. I have noticed a significant improvement in the speed of my internet connection and am very satisfied with the functionality of the NET-DYN Top Dual Band USB Wi-Fi Adapter. I'm using the adapter on a Dell Inspiron that's about 5 years old, so I couldn't get the speed I wanted. My laptop is now rattling with the adapter.
