Transparent, you cannot write on it.
Not useful. Totally transparent so ineffective if you want to hide something. It also appears smooth or water-resistant. This prevents you from writing on it with ink. Roll-on ink will not pick up at all. Sharp beads and brush strokes. The pencil is very faded. It's basically thin white masking tape.
