I used this product as a face mask with a few drops of lemon oil. While this made it very soft, it caused a redness that subsided after about an hour. It was shipped quickly and well packaged. I think some people got a scoop with it even though my package didn't have it. Also, I couldn't open the recipe e-book and had to google from other sites.
