After using the product for about 1.5 months, I want to change the rating to 5! The pillow fully corresponds to the declared properties, it is comfortable and there is really a cooling effect. For several years I had problems with my neck, up to pain when turning my head to the side. The treatment prescribed by the neurologist gave only temporary improvement. I noticed that the pain began after sleep. After several unsuccessful attempts to change the pillow and find a comfortable one for myself, I finally decided to buy an orthopedic pillow. The next morning after the purchase, I felt much better. The neck finally relaxed because the head and neck were in a normal position during sleep. I am not saying that an orthopedic pillow is the solution for everyone who has neck problems like this. But still I advise you to think about buying. After all, we spend a third of our lives in a dream, so you should take care of your comfort and health :) I ordered two pillows: size M for myself and size L for a young man. The difference is only in height, when choosing, you need to focus on your shoulder length. Now I'm waiting for another order of the same pillow as a gift to my mother!
