Small is too big for me

For reference, I'm about 5'10" and 150 lbs. Shirts seem alright, but I ordered small and they're too big. I wouldn't really mind, but the neck hole alone is way too big and doesn't sit centered on my neck, just sits oddly off to one side as soon as I start to move. I am returning these
