I like how easy it is to use once set up correctly - makes my life so much easier! It can get confusing at times when adding new rules or filters but this has been addressed in recent updates. The support team are very responsive as well and always happy to help if required during office hours too. Nothing really bad about using Ledrood either. We're solving our lead generation by pulling together all the relevant info we have across various platforms into one place which helps us make better decisions quicker.
