I connected this case to an internal 2TB SanDisk Ultra 3D NAND SSD formatted as ExFAT/GUID. Sequential read/write speeds were around 450 MB/s when tested on macOS and Windows 10. This case feels good in the hand. It's durable enough that I can comfortably toss it in my bag knowing it won't scratch my other devices because it has no exposed metal, just thick, high-quality plastic and a nice rubber shell. Waterproof is a nice bonus. I like to think of it as a LifeProof case for my SSD. I will update if anything changes but I was really happy.
