I sit at a desk and work on the computer for more than 8 hours a day. I noticed that my neck and shoulders were tight and sore all the time. And my headache got worse. I ordered this.... Ever since I received it I try to use it 3-4 times a week. I've found that the more I use it, the less it hurts and tightens my neck. I also noticed that I had fewer headaches after using it. The only negative I can say about it is that the automatic timer turns it off too early. I have to reboot 1-2 times. Other than that, this article is great. I would recommend this item. The only thing I wish he could do more than fuck his ass. I would say the current price is in line with others on the market. Of course there are more expensive items. But then again. Not sure if these more expensive items are any better or worse than this one.
