These hair ties are super cute, most importantly - very cute colors and look great on my wrist. They are also not tight enough to wear on the wrist, which is very comfortable. The bands stretch well and stay firmly in place all day, so place them where you like and don't tighten them more than you like for long periods of time. I wear my hair in a bun to work, so I tie my hair in a ponytail with one tie and then in a bun with the other. After about 3-4 days I noticed that the bands I use stretch a bit but they don't do that much and mostly go back to normal if I let them rest at night. so I'm not too worried. If you plan on just using them on ponies only I wouldn't worry at all - the only issue I had was one of the straps broke on first use. It was the one that held my bun up and held it great all day like a single strand of a tie but as soon as I took it out of my hair it fell apart. Since it was only one, I suspect it was just an accident and may not have been taped properly.
