Excellent customer service

Purchased to replace some rusted nuts on a 1999 Dodge Ram 2500. You installed well. It took a smaller outlet than what I originally had, but that shouldn't cause any problems. Everything installed, but one became a cross. The company was very responsive with customer service and sent a replacement the next day.
