I'm new to dry cleaning. So far I've only brushed in the shower. So please better with me while I describe my experience. SKARBY brushes are made from sisal. To use them, simply brush your body with a dry brush. They don't look too stiff, which is good for us beginners. scratch your skin and depending on your preference you can vary the intensity by applying more or less pressure. The packaging claims it reduces cellulite - I really don't know how. It really exfoliates and improves circulation which I noticed. Since it comes in a decorative box, it can be given as a gift. Attached ropes help clean hard-to-reach areas like your back and can be hung instead of wrapped. I plan to wash them after use. .From what I saw online it is recommended to brush your teeth twice a week. Seems like a reasonable challenge. Overall I find it helpful. If anything changes I will update my review.
