When I got it, the collar was in the shape of a square, and I tried to make it round for a month, it looked terrible, and when I turned it on, it didn't look like the picture at all. The reason I got this was because I thought it looked like the picture would be what I was getting, but NO. It was like any other on the market. It's nothing special and I'm not happy with it. I think the image has been photoshopped a bit to make it look good, but once you get it and turn it on, it doesn't look like a photo at all. It doesn't matter that it's square, and no dog looks good with a square around their neck. If it looked good on a dog I would buy one so we could match but no no thanks. But the other one not like the picture is ok. It lights up and takes about a month or more to relax. Another thing I can't undo is resizing. Once you've locked it, you can't undo it to resize it. I've tried it and I'm afraid to do anything about it because I don't want to break it, so it's not great. Buy, Don't Buy I'll leave it up to you, but I've been telling the truth so I would think long and hard before buying for your beloved pet or myself.
