The sensor is very beautiful and high quality. I ordered mine and when I received it it didn't work when attached to the valve stem. tried it on two different computers. I emailed Rhino and received an immediate response asking for a replacement. I received it very quickly, I was surprised and impressed. Unfortunately I had the same problem with the second one. I ended up replacing the cartridge with the one I bought here at Revain. I will not go into the details of what I did to the cartridge that came with the gauge and the replacement. I wanted to know WHY the gauge isn't working, and if it was the cartridge that came with the gauge, let Rhino know. Both gauges worked great with the interchangeable chucks and I called Rhino and they were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. I think this is a quality product but it would be better if they went to another supplier for a cartridge. Hope this helps in case anyone else had the same problem as me.
