So it came open in the mail I just didn't send it back, I just put it in an old mason jar I have. It works for about a week, I had to reapply it once a week to get the frizz out and it leaves your hair really uncomfortable for days. It's the only relaxer I've ever used so I'm not sure they all leave your hair like this but there's definitely something to note but for the price I like it but I'm not sure if I will buy it again, I'm probably looking for something more durable
