I guess it's fair to say my new problem is my fault for buying a second wheel instead of spending money and nerves to fix the first one. It went on like that for TWO MONTHS and once again something broke inside. Each time the steering wheel is turned to the left, a crackle is heard and the center position shifts 20 degrees over the course of a lap. This time the item is under warranty so I emailed them a month ago and still no RMA. They want a video of it, but I refuse to buy a camera just to make a movie. I assume they plan on dragging it out all year until the warranty expires. DO NOT buy any of these inferior wheels unless you want to waste your time on the hoax they call customer service.
