Review on Stylish Wood Wall Mounted Jewelry Organizer – Organize Your Jewelry in Style by Matthew Flores

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The organizer can hold a lot of earrings but is not as practical as I had hoped.

On the other hand, it's nice to see all your earrings instead of digging through the box to find the right set that doesn't get tangled. Looks very neat even after hanging. The earring holder is affordable and works quite well. Except that the seller described it as a tree, it matches the description. On the dark side, I was surprised at how thick the earring holder got when I unpacked it. I don't think it's real wood because it's very light. Larger earrings cover multiple slits, making it difficult or impossible to use every slit. The material is thick and it was a little awkward threading the hook earrings through the holes. The jagged edges were the most convenient because you could easily hook them. This works well with large earrings, but small studs or huggies will not fit or stay put. It would be better if there were smaller holes and teeth for smaller earrings, or at least a narrow tray with edges. I was too scared of my real jewelry falling off and being vacuumed to leave it on the holder. The large backed cleats are fine (see top row), but any regular metal backed cleats are too small to catch in holes or notches. For hanging at the back there are 2 sawtooth hangers with screws and dowels and a jupe shaped hanging rope. I've used string to hang the earring holder in my closet but I'm afraid the day it hits it will rain down the earrings. Saw-tooth brackets might be more secure, but then the holder can't be moved if you need to get backwards. I might try it once I'm happy with the placement of my earrings, but I've already had to move the holder away from the wall to get to the ends of the earrings, which fall into the gaps between rows.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Periodicity
