Error in the instructions

The tensioner appears to be in good condition, but the tightening torque given in the instructions is wrong. The tensioner is secured with an 8mm 1.25 bolt and the instructions say it should be tightened to 40 ft.lbs. There is no right way. Look elsewhere for torque for this bolt.
