Review on tiptopcarbon by Eric Beck

I had high hopes for using Tiptopcarbon as a source for crafting materials, but my interaction with their customer care left me feeling let down. I had a problem with my order, and it took me a while to get someone who could help me, and even then the outcome wasn't great. Their supply selection is great, and their attention to detail is admirable, but if they really want my business, they need to improve their customer service. I was hoping to give Tiptopcarbon another chance, but I don't think I'll be shopping with them again anytime soon.
