Great for the automotive industry. My wife has a new Fiat, the radio has Aux-In (3.5mm) and USB in the glove box. The device turns on when the machine is turned on and turns off when the machine is turned off. The audio is average FI (Bose) and not static (was concerned about generator hum). When playing lossless audio (FLAC -> Samsung Note 3 -> the sound of this BT receiver is unlimited (not that I'm a golden ear or anything). One of my friends has an unnamed BT receiver, and given the blind one ABA ie can detect when it's the receiver (sounds better) Cons: doesn't automatically connect when it's on, so you have to connect from the phone side If you have an Android device and use car mode , this is very easy to automate ( plugins /secure settings/actions/connect BT TP-LINK) I would expect this to be the case since the developers were targeting the home market, so always on (although many HT receivers *but * have switchable sockets).
