Review on 🌱 2L ZRDR Co2 Generator System for Aquarium Plants - Pressure Gauge, Automatic Pressure Relief Valve, Bubble Counter, Stable Output - Steel Bottle Base Included by Sabrina Rodriguez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Inexpensive and high quality

Just finished setting up the CO2 generator I decided to give a review. Aesthetics: I like the sleek metallic look of the tank. I prefer it to the plastic soda bottles found in most DIY kits. Everything seems solid and made of quality materials. The bottom feels comfortable, so the cylinder does not tip over. I use my own glass diffuser as it blends better with the background, but that's just personal preference. I tried the diffuser that came with the kit and it worked fine. It was just too noticeable. I will make the aquarium more natural and seamless. Installation: Installation was very easy. All parts fit together with no problems. The instructions, although clearly conveyed through an interpreter, were easy enough to understand. And if you have any problem, take care according to the pictures numbered according to the instructions. The formula for generating CO2 is simple. 200 g citric acid, 200 g baking soda, 300 ml water. Throw everything in the tank, solids first, seal and wait. It took about 3 hours to reach 10kg/cm (metric gauge) and then another 15 minutes to complete setup and install in my aquarium. Usage: Fine-tuning the power output is very easy. The pen is very sensitive, making it easy to get the right amount of bubbles. I set mine to about 2 bubbles per second. I'm testing this in a plant only tank so it might be too much for fish but we'll see. After a few hours, I check my drop checker to see if I've had enough. Pros: Easy setup. appearance while sleeping. High-quality materials. If you are looking for a good and cheap CO2 system, this is the one for you. I'll be experimenting with this for a while and if I'm still happy with it I'll order 3 more for my other tanks. If anything changes I'll update this review, but so far I'm VERY happy.
