Like the A30, the A15 is a good thin tablet that feels relatively stable in my hands and holds up well when traveling. In terms of looks, the case looks very sleek and polished... but like most dark electronics in general, the finish attracts grease and stains very easily. I had a small comment about the lack of color options on the A30 and this A15 offers the option to choose between multiple ring colors! One of the three small LEDs on the front always lights up when the tablet is on, which helps me find it in the dark. Nice. As for the shortcut keys, they're a pleasure to press and roll my fingers while I'm drawing, making it easier to use the tablet without looking. I can place my fingers on hotkeys without fear of accidentally hitting one. The keys are not very loud, which is very pleasant for quiet operation. The A15 responds well to pen strokes. Like all my tablets, I've tested this model on Windows and Mac computers using Clip Studio Paint, ZBrush, Photoshop and OSU! and it works fine. However, for people looking to buy an OSU tablet, I think there is a better option that is smaller and allows you to easily switch between your goals. BENEFITS ------------- --+ The stylus glides smoothly and silently across the artboard +A highly reliable tablet choice for beginners and intermediate users who are new to graphics tablets or need a size upgrade and Buttons. + This tablet is a great option compared to other tablets that cost more but perform less well. driver software. + Color ring adds a nice pop of color. + VEIKK comes with LOTS of extra pen tips. I counted about 20 extra tips in my. CONS -- Without a case, the pen rolls off the table with minimal effort, making it very easy to lose it. Although the stylus is technically thicker than the A30, the tablet's stylus still feels fairly light. It's not thin, but I still don't feel comfortable trying my luck. - The driver software is a bit primitive and there are a few translation errors. - The surface of the buttons and the drawing area easily picks up fingerprints and smudges on a glove pattern. CONCLUSION --------------- Like the A30, this tablet is a great budget option for those interested in digital illustration or 3D sculpting. The active drawing area offers more than enough space. Many of the minor issues I had with the A30 have been addressed with this product. Installation still seems to be one of the most frustrating issues for users, but it can be solved by following provided instructions. I had a few questions, but the support team answered me fairly quickly, which is a big plus. Admittedly, the cons of this tablet are finicky, but overall the price is competitive and you get a lot of bang for your buck. For those who like having lots of physical hotkeys and cheap real estate, this is for you.
