Flimsy. Material is thin. Good for a costume party because its easy to wear but wont make your waist much smaller. You get what you pay for. Its not meant for actual waist training. Its just a lingerie piece. If you just want a corset for a night to go out in or for Halloween costume it would work for that but not waist training.
