A Disappointing Experience for Those Who Construct Their Own Trailers: Trailersphere

Being the proud owner of a trailer that I had built myself, I was eager to give Trailersphere a shot for my most recent endeavor. On the other hand, my dealings with this internet store were not in the least bit satisfying. Although they do have a large assortment of things, their prices are considerably more than those of other retailers that are comparable in nature. In addition to this, their customer service is below average, and I did not receive a response to my request for several days after submitting it. To make matters even more difficult, the product that I got would not work with my trailer, despite the fact that their website stated that it would. When I attempted to return the merchandise, I was faced with a lengthy and cumbersome process that required me to fill out many paperwork and wait for permission. In all, my experience with Trailersphere was quite negative, and I would not suggest their services to any do-it-yourself trailer owner who is searching for high-quality items and assistance.

Pros
  • swift and dependable delivery.
Cons
  • arduous and protracted repatriation process.
