I bought my DUO 6qt Instant Pot in October 2019. It worked fine four or five times. Then it began to need longer and longer pressure cook times to get the same results. I had to pressure cook eggs for 15-20 minutes to get hard boiled. Brussel sprouts, broccoli, and cabbage took forever. I tried pinto beans, they were a lost cause. I didn't notice any steam escaping from the pot when pressure cooking but had a suspicion that the pot was deficient in the heating element or was somehow losing heat. When I did a quick release the steam seemed to be very little. I then decided, after reading a review here on revain for sealing rings, that another Instant Pot owner seemed to be having the same problem as I did and she solved her problem with new sealing rings but not the Instant Pot brand. I ordered a pack of two white ones and they were from ZoneFly and were recommended and delivered by revain. My DUO 6 qt has taken on a new life with the new sealing rings. They are wonderful. They fit better, are more flexible than the original that came with my Instant Pot DUO. I now feel I can keep the Pot. I was ready to junk it.
