Pros: Super cute and stylish! Blocks blue light without an obvious, unsightly tint. Lightweight, Comfortable You can wear them anywhere Cons: A little thin so don't be too bulky. that they glare (although that's no big deal. Just don't wear them while driving). In general I like them! My doctor recommended blue light glasses for me. I wanted them to be cute. I know there are some that block blue light more because the lenses are all yellow, but I didn't want to look like an idiot since I wear them when I use my computer at work. I notice that after wearing them to work on my computer or phone, I don't feel super sluggish/heavy eyes when I look away. I've always felt this way after a long time in front of a screen without blue light blocking glasses.
