Nearly zero experience with any toiletries other than, you know, using them. I was able to install it very easily. I noticed that some toilets don't flush properly. I pulled the flush lever and then it wouldn't go up. I had to hold the lever to get the water out. Well, trial and error proved that I installed it incorrectly. If the chain is too long or not long enough, you will have a bad flush. To fix this, remove the chain from the clamp and position it so there is enough room to pull it all the way up and down when you pull the lever.
