Not the best in my rating for the peloton
The SPD2 style cleat plates float on the inside because you can't take them off, while the SPD3 "Peloton" cleats were very loose on the inside. If you sit down there is no problem, but if you stand up you can break your ankle. It's not worth it.
Pros
- I like the way they close and also the way they close.
Cons
- May not provide adequate ventilation or breathability for outdoor cycling in warmer climates.
