Review update in 2020 (now you have less time than before and kids) I find this gadget a problem now, you have to really try harder to get long spirals out of your veggies. ; cleaning is slow and tedious; It's a chunky thing and I prefer the mandoline slicer which is a lot quicker and faster. Especially this "Benriner Mandoline Japanese Fruit and Vegetable Slicer" which is very easy to clean and cook. 😁 Original review (when I didn't have kids) Love it! (1) Has minimal product loss compared to Blade Paderno 3. (2) Easy to use, takes a little getting used to pushing and twisting veggies to get long curls but generally fast. (3) 1 blade needs to be attached to the device and the other 3 are kept "under the base". (4) Easy to store (rectangular), not odd-shaped device that takes up too much space.
