Review on ETCETERA ECM by Ray Richards

The ability to integrate with other applications, especially those from our vendor partners such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365 has been invaluable! I am not able connect my system directly into SharePoint Online via an O365 connection so instead have had users use their own personal computers which means extra steps in implementation but also less control over how it's used once they leave your network/office space - if at all!! It would be great if we could get this functionality integrated more seamlessly across both cloud environments though without having too many complications around user authentication etcEtcetera.
